The ASI RIG 22-19 is a small, standalone station that has been designed to work with the Resources Resourced Mod as it uses one of the components that is introduced in this mod, namely the vapour syphon.
Spawn this in orbit around a gas giant or in any of the other locations that the vapour syphon may be deployed and you can leave it to its' own devices while you get on with something else. You can return from time to time to collect anything that has been gathered.
The station is also fitted with a capsule refinery so that the gathered resources can be quickly turned into capsules rather than transporting the raw materials. A single USD allows access for maintenance crews and it also boasts a teleporter. A single cargo transfer arm allows you to dock to the station if you don't need to gain access. As this station is going to be left unattended, it has a reasonable shield system, four AMS and two small missile turrets to keep away unwanted visitors.
