The Download:
The zip file contains two versions of the ship: one that is armed with 4 Scatterstream-class PDS and 2 Hwacha-class Guided Missile Turrets, and one without any turrets so users may add their own. The ships are otherwise identical.
The Challenge:

The Ship:
Classification: Interstellar Personnel Transport (Government)
Description: The Consul-class Jump Shuttle is a stylish yet practical means of transporting high-ranking government officials from one star system to another. Its Alcubierre Warp Ring sports two 85-block jump groups, allowing it to easily charge up two jumps for quick and safer transit. It also has an 83-block Overdrive, giving it a 43.1% boost to top sublight speed.
In the event of hostile encounters, the Scatterstream and Hwacha turrets, or equivalents mounted in the six hardpoints, would fend off small aggressors. The combination of standard-grade combat armor and energy shields protect the craft and its sensitive drive from damage long enough for it to fully spool up a jump. The docking collars are blocked off by sturdy blast doors, and the cockpit is shielded by crystal armor to provide both protection and full visibility for the crew.
