Amsterdam-Class Frigate 2015-09-04

I decided that for the upcoming fleets contest, the old frigate could use a big round of modernisation. So I did.
I gave her a new coat of paint with the Trinova Tech. logo on it, replaced the point defense units with newer ones, removed the 50% ion from the missiles and gave it a 50% pierce instead. I added a 100/69/100 beam/beam/ion weapon that does over 165k shield damage per second and swapped out the 100% punch on the autocannons for a 10% explosive.
