What happens if all players leave the faction?

Does the Faction Disband?

I left thinking that if the founder left, then the faction would be disbanded and I'm now waiting for my friend to go on the server to leave the faction and I just want to make sure it will work.

if all members leave the faction disappears
if the leader leaves the next person in line gets leader status
if a leader is gone for more than 30 days another founder rank user can kick them and take founder leadership
