What does the (1) mean next to Offline in the Faction Menu?

It's been bothering me for ages! XD I thought it was some sort of bug a first, but now I think it's a mechanic.

It's an I and it means the member is inactive.

be nice if it showed how long they were inactive for in another column. >_>

There is a last seen as you see in the picture but its broken.
