what do to instantly fill build helper template?

You can't instantly fill it with a single action as such. The closest option is to select the 'Restrict placing/removing to the helper area' option on the first menu of the build helper then just place the blocks with a 30x30x30 cube (or whatever your server's maximum size is) using advanced build mode. Blocks will only be placed within the build helper area.
