Weapons fire when clicking in menus

I searched for this and couldn't find anything, but with the large amount of posts from people who don't understand "bugs" and "support" are separate things, and that they should check if a bug has already been reported before making a new topic, I may have missed it.

When in your ship, clicks in the menus (such as the shop, navigation, etc) will still fire your weapons (although you don't see them fire, as far as I can tell). This has caused me to blow up my ship (shooting missiles at a shop right in front of me) and a fellow faction member's ship (flew in front of my while I was in the navigation menu).

Seconded, built my ship during the tutorial with guns and as I clicked through tutorial messages my ship was pointed at the station which promptly got mad. I was able to see the gunfire as the tutorial messages were so small compared to the buy menu
