Weapon Stat Ratio Potency

Currently the weapon stat ratio system is pretty cool, being able to adjust each stat to make each weapon unique. Still at it's current state it doesn't seem potent enough, if you have really big lasers they seem to fire fast even if you put the weapon ratios really low, and weapons never seem to be able to get decent fire rates. My point is that the ratios should affect the stats more allowing you to make your gun really different from the next guys gun.
