VERY low frames all the time

I can't get above 20 fps at all, I usually get around 10-17. Everyone else I see gets several hundred FPS, but I can only get around 10 most of the time and it drops to 1 or 2 when I get on a planet or station. I have:

Windows 7 64-bit

2GB RAM

Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset

Pentium Dual-Core Processor 2.6GHz

I'm not sure why my friends get 200+ frames when they only get around 60-150 on games like Minecraft; I can get around 20, but on Starmade I can only get around 10 pretty much all the time.

There\'s this amazing thing called a Graphics Card. You most likely don\'t have one.
