The Vaygr Raiders have returned!

The Vaygr Raiders is a hive mind of pirates, pillagers and players who have a common goal, to play StarMade like it was meant to be played.


We take it upon ourselves to enforce the emperor's will and uphold the regime Vaygr has been fighting to enforce for over 4 years.


We are a collection of some of the best trained pilots in StarMade, piloting the most advanced combat vessels known to man.


We are a community of pilots fighting for the ultimate cause, dominate the universe through conflict.


In joining the raiders, you will not just join a faction, you will join a community, and have the privileges that come with being a Vaygr, including a private teamspeak server to hang out and meet new friends, and a buildserver to collaborate and build with others just to name a few.

Now that the shit storm is gone, I will repost the battle result between Infection Initiative and Vaygr Raiders.

Infected Initiative: An unclassed cruiser (At 120-130k mass range) : Critically damaged (In lieu of overheat) but recovered by recovery team/ pilot
Vaygr: Cyclops Frigate: Damaged - Extent unknown

The unclassed cruiser was not totally destroyed although the core WAS overheated by Frasse. However, an Infected Initiative recovery team retrieved the critically damaged ship later and returned it to base for repair. Due to our faction's setting as "raider" rather than "Fleet", we did not have the luxury of chilling and watching the ship disintegrate/ blow it up. We classed it as destroyed based on the fact that the core was overheating, but as stated previously, the II vessel was critically damaged rather than completely destroyed. (This was one of the points of contention)

Frasse's ship may have been damaged but upon a superficial inspection I cannot find any missing block. Both Indigo and myself agreed to put damages as "extent unknown" in a PM. Especially since the video did not show large chunks flying into the void, massive lag associated with ship being cratered, etc.

Thank you to Indigo for sorting this out quickly and efficiently. Next time, third party who did not participate in the battle should keep their opinions to themselves if the results are contested since it is obvious most opinions only muddle the dialogue and add to the confusion.

I am yet to receive confirmation, however due to recent events, Vaygr Raiders are considering pulling the plug on all GenXNova operations, Vaygr Empire activity will most likely be increased to compensate.

So Trinova managed to destroy some consortium starter cargos and a shitty miner eh?

Meanwhile Vaygr Raiders have won an easily successfully victory against Salvage Corps, successfully capturing a 100k mass ship owned by Caffeine, the owner was completely oblivious as elite Vaygr forces captured the ship in under 30 seconds, the ship is now docked to Vaygr Raiders homebase and will be displayed as a war trophy.

The intact ship is estimated to be worth well over 500 million in ores

EDIT: So it appears the ship was owned by Star-Fleet, we assumed Caffeine had captured the ship and had nowhere to dock it, so just left it at his homebase.
