Turret AI shooting bug

    It appears that turrets no longer follow orders too well. I'm specifically talking about AI turrets set to shoot at the player's target. They won't shoot at the target and will instead shoot off into the distance. I haven't experimented with the other setting.

    • AI turrets often do not rotate to point in the direction they are firing, but remain firing at target.
    • very often cannot acquire a new target
    • often shoot at nothing until changing sectors
    • often do not forget targets and will re-engage when coming back into range
    • they wreck the shit out of my own ships (feature?)

    I recommend a core hotkey control to enable/disable all slave AIs to the master ship until it all gets figured out (but would also be very cool feature to enable AI/undock all AI for carrier ships). Also, not sure....but is there a key to unselect all?
