Bug "TURNING_DIMENSION_SCALE" broken?

    I tested different values for the server.cfg setting "TURNING_DIMENSION_SCALE", from 0.0 to 100.0 and didn't notice any difference. A 360° turn with a ship with 45k mass, 341m length, 0.6 ration to mass and 100% rotational thrusters always took about 55s. Shouldn't there be noticable differences?

    I'd like to get a confirmation that this is really a bug first.

    Well, the server.cfg comment says
    Code:
    //Scaling of tuning[sic] speed VS ship dimension
    if it doesn't tune turning speed versus dimension, I'd call it a bug... but yeah, dev comment requested.

    I'd like to get a confirmation that this is really a bug first.
    Creating the bug puts it first and foremost in front of lancake and andy's eyes. They and the tester team confirm then. That's the actual process.
