Trouble loading Station BP's

I receive thefollowing error on server start up:

How do I fix this?

This maybe the wrong area to post this thread.

maybe rename blueprints to backup_blueprints, start once and undo name change for another start...
Or try to just edit catalogue permissions as admin.
Dunno if it will help, but it may be worth a try
