Hello,
I don't know if this as been submitted already, but adding dates and timestamps in the logs would be quite useful.
The logs in their current state are quite hard to work with, when you need to find what happened on the server, even just 10 minutes earlier.
Plus, I think it's easy satisfaction for every server operator/administrator, with very little work =P
