The Tutorial Keeps Restarting

Ok, I'm having a small problem. Somehow, I keep getting out of my ship (hitting the wrong key, baby banging on the keyboard, not understanding something somehow) and I get the message that's something like "You left your ship. Tutorial restarting!" Then, I can't get back to the rest of the tutorial. I can skip ahead, but it seems to start to repeat at the part where you learn how to build a ship.

Is there anyway to get a list of tutorial sections and just go straight to it?

(PS, I know, I know the obvious: Stop getting out the ship!" I still figured that I'd ask.)

There are two ways.

1- Dont get out of your ship, continue tutorial as normal

2- In the start-up section where you set up resolution, singleplayer or multiplayer mode, and varius other things, there is an option to disable the tutorial, you could try that.
