I believe you're looking for F6.

F6 takes a screenshot no hud, tab +g will hide your hud for videos and screenshots. If you want the hud but no triangles you can turn off all filters in the navigation window.

Even f6 sill shows the little yellow cursor in build mode and the docking boxes unless you tab+G
