I wanted to say thanks to the devs for the work they done to make this game much more enjoyable.
The image below renders on an r370 at 69fs. When in close to the ship it goes over 100fps.
The performance gain is very noticeable. Instead of long churns of lagg when stuff load in it is small blips now.
If you are wondering about how large any of this is the station I am working on in the image is 601 meters
That should give you an idea how large the asteroids are they aren't in the same sector.
Can't wait to see it when planets are on scale with the rest of stuff.
