So after project Kratos failed to take off due to corruption, I'm hoping that Thunderclap will be a little more successful

This turret is more powerful, and hopefully less laggy then Kratos.

Damage from one shot to nexus, with its shields down from thunderclap:

It is capable of about 1.3 million DPS
It has 84 D1000 launchers. each with 100 missile arrays in them

Its reccomended to have a base of 5,000,000+ regen to dock on.

To install, unzip the contents to your blueprints folder.

I swear this game just doesn\'t want me to import anbything. Now the files aren\'t corrupted, but it won\'t show up in my catalog. I extracted the files to my blueprint folder but it won\'t let me import it to my catalog. Am I just a noob that can\'t figure this crap out?

I try that but it just gives me an error message. Says that it needs 2 parameters and I only gave it 1. I really wish that the importing/sharing in this game was simpler and more reliable.

Edit- Well I guess it would work better if I managed to put the right folder in the blueprints folder. Now finally after much frustration and noobishness I can go about testing.

This is a very nice turret, completely op but i love it! it absolutely demolised the nexus, while the nexus cant even destroy a single block on it. im going to switch from using the nexus as mu main ship to this, hell this turret accelerates and turns faster than the nexus XD

Yeah I got it working now. I had unzipped it wrong. I had it going throung and extra Thunderclap_60 folder so the game didnt know what I wanted. Anyways on to the testing stuff.

    Damage output of AMC- massive

It tried it out against my salvage ship that is by no means built to withstand that sort of attack. It was gone in seconds. So I decided I needed a better target. I loaded in another thunderclap turret ro shoot at. After around 10-15 seconds the shields failed on it and I was chewing it to bits. Something you may want to keep in mind really, even thought he chances of someone else getting their hands on this turret to use against you seem somewhat slim.

    Damage output of D100- inconclusive

The shields on the second thunderclap that I was shooting at held too well against these missiles and I didnt have anything else large enuogh to test them on. I\'m not sure if they are finished or not, but you may want to add a cockpit to this array as well. They were a bit challenging to aim without one.

    Shields- inconclusive

As stated earlier, they shields were gone pretty fast when hit by another thunderclap. I also didn\'t have anything else with heavy firepower to hit it with to test further.

    Lag factor- heavy

I have a low end pc so this will need to be tested by others. I had a staedy 60fps until firing the AMC, at which time I went as low as 30fps.

    Fun factor- over 9000

Overused joke is overused, but it is the hard thruth. This thing is flat out fun to use, and I feel bad for any who find themselves at the business end of it.

The size of nightingale is massive. it\'ll fit fine.

There is a cockpit on it, near the end of the turret. you have to let it load before you change th view

Oh yeah sorry, i see what you mean :P

    446x254x10 = 1,132,840

but for it to be the 1.3 million you quoted, you would need a minimum of 292 cannons at that power (i know the reload time and damage values are correct, i used the quoted values in the wepons menu :P) and i doubt i got a miscount of 38 cannons, but ill double check :)

    Edit:

ok, i just recounted and got 266 cannons... XD
