Technitian ai support

I think it would be really cool if you could create a small ship with a turret that uses an AI equipped with a technitian anyway add support so it aims and repairs by its self like turrets do. When its in anu make it so it automaticly repairs faction vechicles in range

like this idea, would be useful for hangers where turrets would repair docked ships.
