Those look like "rotater" blocks for sure, it's certainly not a rail docker or rail basic.

Oh the turret possibilities! Of course for this to be even remotely useful the turret body will have to give it's shields to the barrels which will need to contain all the weapons of the gun... unless the body can also slave it's weapons then OMG the turrets we can create!
