stuck in connection

Hello! i'm needing help, I just downloaded the game and got through loading, but when it gets to the "connecting" phase it just stays there, and I don't know what to do! ive treied waiting but so far ive waited for over 30 minutes! please help!

When I turned off fullscreen, the game actually loaded. otherwise, no luck. You could try this, or it might be some other issue I cannot understand.
