Only during the evening (from about 6pm onwards GMT) the loading speed for connecting to any server is appallingly slow and when I connect, after waiting 10+ minutes, my ping escalates from norm (which is 350 for the server I tested it on) to between 3000-8000 ping. This has happened every single day for the past week.
