Starting a server.

I watched a few videos on youtube on how to make a server using Hamachi, but the launcher in those videos is very old and not used anymore.

Does anyone know how to use Hamachi with the current launcher?

Or does anyone have any links to a larger server creator?

If my guess at which launcher you use is right, the top left of this partial screenshot should help:

The rest of the process should be the same as with the old launcher.
