Starter Not Working

Hi, every time I open the starter and press 'Start Game', my starter closes, then nothing happens. I'm running the latest version of Java, my drivers are up to date, and I've tried running the game as administrator and it didn't work.

My OS is Windows 8.1 64-bit

How much RAM have you got allocated and are you using the latest 64-bit Java?

I've allocated 8 gigs of RAM to my starter and I am already running the latest 64-bit java. I also tried repairing the download but it didn't work either.
