Starmade using 4 GB's of my ram?!?!

I would like to know why starmade is useing 4GB's of my ram is it a problem with my pc or is it just starmade?

So what? RAM is cheap and as long it\'s not needed elsewhere, why shouldn\'t any program take what it can get?

To answer your question: I wouldn\'t consider this unusual. Java applications usually consume an awful lot of RAM.



(And seriously, what is this doing in Bugs? Help would be the appropriate forum.)
