StarMade Server Problems: No pirates , Cant restock store

Hello me and some friends were playing and we have a problem with pirates. We have not seen one pirate and we have been playing for about 4 days and invested alot of time flying around ect. The server setting txt file in the star made directory says they're enabled so were confused on why we dont see them.

Also When we try to restock shops with the command nothing restocks and they stay the same. We have had different people try it and no luck. If anyone could help with these problems I would appreciate it ,thanks.

Restock only works for the selected shop and it was broken somewhere in the past. I remember scheme said he fixed it. Not tried, yet

Just found a fix. If the shop is out of the item you\'re trying to restock, once you type the command, you just have to sell the shop 1 of the item, then buy it back and the inventory should shoot up lol

I cannot restock the shop either, i type in the command and it says ERROR: you must first select the shop
