(Also posted in a wh40k server forum: http://sm40k.enjin.com/forum/m/20737311/viewthread/11075117-starmade-ep540-construct-additional-pylons-by-zerosen-planets-for-ships)

More planets, more (or bigger ships)

EDIT: Clarification: PLANETS are pylons if you build something there.

This something can be just a faction module (default) or a replica ship (equal to a master-blueprint) docked on a planet or a replica structure build around a build block in some tall box (a tall box ensures, that their is a way to see it on a planet's surface)

    /EDIT

For RolePlay and competitive servers (As a server setting ofc)

Further away from spawn, less "points"?

Very close to spawn, also less "points"?

Wait, what are you suggesting? Use the \"additional plyons\" as capture points in some sort of server game?

    • Server game
    • Role play
    • Give planets a purpose
    • Balance factions in multi-faction servers (example: 1 player = 5 pylons + additional pylons captured by players)
    • Give a goal in the game to aim for (other then to build the biggest ship)

    • Give you home advantage (example: more shield power or ship speed in sectors with pylons)

It is not about teleporting - at least not only about it (use other threads to discuss this)

I suggested it for a server, but it would also fit into the main game - at least to some extend.

It would also be nice to have a counter (not manually count them) which works better (compatibility, whole community focus on official version) with having it inbuild or shipped with the game
