space station flys away

for some reason whenever i buy a space station, it takes off in one direction at top speed and i cant catch it. it has happened twice.

That\'s because it spawns in the orbit of a star, while you are not in that orbit. you can avoid it by spawning a station close to a planet so you are in the planet\'s orbit path, or away from any planets so that you do not orbit the star at all. Another way is just to build the station big enough that you can get close to it and stay with it. the game updates after a couple seconds of being near to an object.
