So, I need help. I want to play starmade, like a lot. But All I have is a cell phone ( google nexus 5x), a laptop (that I cant download games on), and a computer that doesn't have a monitor (this can run starmade(really well)) I'd love some help.

Can you download things onto your phone?

a laptop (that I cant download games on)
But does this laptop meet minimum requirements?

    MINIMUM:
    • OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit
    • Processor: Intel Core i3 (2nd Generation and above) | AMD FX 6xxx or equivalent
    • Memory: 4 GB RAM
    • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260, 275, 280, 460 SE, 550 Ti | AMD Radeon HD 4870, 5770, 4890, 5830, 6770, 6790 or equivalent with OpenGL 2.1
    • Network: Broadband Internet connection
    • Storage: 3 GB available space
computer that doesn't have a monitor (this can run starmade(really well))
Unless you have a monitor, you won't be able to use this computer.

Ok, well you can give internet connection to your laptop by USB tether from your phone: Tether with Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, or USB - Nexus Help

You can then download the game on the laptop, and try it, to see if it works. It might work below minimum specs. Otherwise, you'll need to find a monitor for your desktop or find a solution with what you have, perhaps look into using the laptop as a screen (I'm not sure this can be done without a monitor in the first place).

The problem is I can't download on the laptop, it has internet. The laptop DOESN'T meet minimum requirements.

You can run starmade just fine off of a USB thumbdrive(3.0 preferred, 2.0 ok, 1.0 not fast enough), if the problem is write permissions or space available.
You can technically use programs to use the main PC as a server and the laptop as a terminal, but most of those would use the laptop's GFX to do the drawing. There is probably options to ship terminal pre-rendered info, but IDK offhand which. Keep in mind more hops = more latency(if you don't know what that is, it probably won't bother you)
