Shop loading wrong ship

So I made a ship called the shadow_stealth and saved it. I later upgdraded this ship and renamed it the shadow_flag when I saved it. I then loged out and about a hour later reopened the game and all the upgrades were gone. i went to buy another shadow_flag but it looks exactly like a shadow_stealth even though it costs about $200,000 more. Is there a way i can retreave my better ship without remaking it??
