Shipyard missing end product

So I decided to take a shipyard for a spin. I put in a design, loaded it, put in the resources, and built it. After a while the ship was assembled and then disappeared. I tried building it again, but it said that the specific ship name existed so I guess it was indeed built. So where is the ship I just ordered?

It doesn't give me the option to undock the ship either.

Reloading the game usually fixed this for me
