Planned Ship to ship rail system

rails of different structures if they are perfect placed together and only if the structur with the rails are connected in any way trough rail docks then docked entry's would be able to transfer to an other structur like it is one structure.

Is this planned in addition to current magnetic/collision docking or is the current magnetic docking system the planned implementation of this feature?

I hope this feature is soon to come, as it is near impossible to transfer a docker from one entity to another using the current magnetic docking feature.
