Ship Stats

Ship stats should have an option to show dynamic averages in relation to other ships being used on the server, instead of having a single formula to rate all ships everywhere. (When different servers have different rule sets and different balances.) There should be a running average (that the length of which is determined by the server owner) of all ships spawned onto the servers stats. The player should be able to see that average, and compare it to the values on their own ship.
