Ship Core not working

Ok, so I just spawned in a new world. I get my ship core and put it in my hand. I press X and I enter my ship name. I press OK. However, the ship core does not place after that. Also, there are NPC's firing at the spawn shop station. Idk if that is the problem.

if it has the same name as an existing object. Try using a random name.
