Recognized by Council Set amount to manufacture in storage

Example, you have 1000000 alloys and composites in your storage. You want just 12510 grey hull. The thing is, you need to go guard something somewhere else for some reason. Say, building. You wouldn't waste all your time staring at the factory and guarding, right?

To solve this, I think there should be a limiting feature. Just input how much stuff you want to make and then leave it.
