Server not visible in the serverlist

Somehow my server isnt visible in the serverlist, this while ports are open correctly and i filled out the config as below. please help.

ANNOUNCE_SERVER_TO_SERVERLIST = true //announces the server to the starmade server list so clients can find it. Hostname must be provided for HOST_NAME_TO_ANNOUNCE_TO_SERVER_LIST!
HOST_NAME_TO_ANNOUNCE_TO_SERVER_LIST = eurouniverse.eu:4242 //this must be a valid hostname (either ip or host, e.g. play.star-made.org)
SERVER_LIST_NAME = EuroUniverse //max length 64 characters
SERVER_LIST_DESCRIPTION = Amsterdam - The fastest server in europe //max length 128 characters

For every new server starter, i opened up port 19138 as Starmade also seemed to make use of that port with sending commands to mail.star-made.org. after this my server was displayed on the list.
