Server making help, please!

I have searched all over the web, and have not been finding luck.

The dedicated server doesn't work, and I cannot port forward.

I tried hamachi but i'm unsure what to do, so can someone help me?

If you want to run a server you go to this http://smprohosting.com/index.php but it cost money. If you want to go on a server run star made and there should be a a button where it say game and two box that say single player and multilplay pick multilplayer and type the Ip and click run
