Saving error and Core orientation rotation

Both a bug and a suggestion:

Coming back to my game, my massive ship now faces the wrong way as the core for some reason saved facing Opposite of how the ship was built, making back front and the front the back. No way I can rebuild this massive thing to fix it, so my ship is kinda ruint =/



Suggestion: Let us change core oriantation and facing, allowing for rotation just like docking panels. That way if this happens it's really easy to fix, and for those who build things the wrong way, they can easilly re-allign themselves.

agreed, to change the orientation without moving the block would be so useful, and i had the same bug. my massive ship is useless now it faces the side sigh :P

I will agree, some newer people on my server have had this issue...just because they just happened to not notice that when the whole ship flashes, it is actually showing you the direction in which the core (ship) is supposed to be facing....ie: where the front end of the ship should be pointing. a lot have asked if they could just rotate the core and I explained no....and my son...lol..built a big ship and he had built it facing to the right or left...and I said he would have to build it all over again....you could imagine how upset he was...so yes...being able to rotate the core, once its placed, would be great...

I concur as I just built a large ship the realized it faces the wrong direction.

Please, no necroposting. SMEdit.has the power to move(or turn) the entire ship around the core
