Save block-specific data in Copy Templates

While copying (and now, with saving and loading Copy Templates in 0.713), it would be immensely helpful for data unique to specific block types to be saved as well.

Examples I can think of...

• Storage container filters (new to 0.713)
• Macro Assembler processing selections
• Active and Inactive states (factory/storage blocks... logic blocks, maybe?)
• Display Module text

This seems like a natural progression of the currently existing functionality, so it's probably already planned, but still, I figured I'd post a suggestion about it.
