Reverting to Chunk16

I was wondering if there are any tools or easy ways to revert from chunk32 to chunk16. I have a working copy of SMEdit that I use for work on various ships, and I'd like to be able to work on ships even after I've updated to chunk32.

Maybe download a previous version of starmade (you can download older versions) and use that with smedit to build your ship, then upgrade to the latest one:?

There is no going back. You can only fall down into the future!

Dire Venom : A working solution, but only as long as you do not need anything new from later versions of StarMade.
Soon the time will come when this isn't desirable anymore. Because you have to fill stuff into a hull every time you import a new version into chunk32
