Red Green and Blue Lines!

What is this? Is it an option i turned on it's driving me crazy!!! They draw off every object and it shows the docking boxes around everything.

Press Tab-F10 to toggle it on and off (may or may not crash). It's a Dev tool I think.

It did indeed crash but the lines have yet to go away.

If it crashed, try it again. It doesn't always crash, just kinda randomly in my experience. It should be Tab-f10 though, since that is the only option I know that creates that effect.
