Randomize spawned raw materials (90% base types 5% other)

    I'd like to see asteroids and planets have more variety in the minerals they carry. I can see them having predominantly one type, but, to make things interesting, lets add 5% of other random raw material types . As a side effect, this will make it possible for everyone to gather very hard to find materials for building shields, or, if stranded on a planet, find most of the resources needed to build all the need components for your jump ship (or those white lights for your new planetary base when you're just staring out). This 90%/5% should be configurable on the server for both asteroids and planet plates.

    This would slightly slow down planet and asteroid spawning by an unnoticeable margin, and make mining far more interesting.

    Planets generate with two ores on each plate already, so they have ore variation.

    I'd rather see unequal resource distribution than making resource distribution even more equal.
