Rail load/unload help

Is it me, or load/unload rails really don't work?

Here's what's happening:
As I used to, I connect the storage on the docked entity to the rail docker, and the storage on the main entity to the rail unload.
I allow rail load/unload on both entities.
I turn off the pull on the docked entity's storage.
I set up to pull all on the main entity's storage.
I dock the entity, in this case, a mining drone, to the main, in this case, a mining drone carrier.
Nothing happens - the resources do not transfer from the drone.

Now, I'd love to know what am I missing, or if said rails work altogether, because before the load/unload rail add, they DID work with basic rails.

It works, but for some reason, you now have to turn auto-pull "on" on both entities. I remember that before you had to turn it "off" on the entity from which you wanted to pull the items, that also confused me first.

when i set it up like this, i had to enter the docked entity and allow the items to get pulled with a dialogue box that pops up.
