Price Changes Don't Affect Existing Ship Design Costs

    I changed a number of item prices in BlockConfig.xml, in an attempt to make the economy less insane. It was pointed out to me by the people on my server (after they finished yelling about how expensive shields are now) that existing ship blueprint prices did not change to reflect this. Which means that they could buy an old design, harvest its parts, and then sell them off for money, or just use that to get cheaper components. Not exactly ideal.

    Existing blueprints should update their price based on block value changes.

    I already know that some people on my server use blueprints to get materials that they cannot find in the shops by making a core and the material they need, and just buying in a ton of them and salvaging them for the parts, this also needs to be fixed along with price changing so that I can lower Plexglass price and make people find rare minerals to make their money.
