Players kicked for buying recipes( ie hulls, etc)

I own a server and I have the purchase rate for block recipes set to 2500. Upon attempting to purchase blocks players are kicked with a java error. I have attempted to switch it back to 5000 with no change. I have custom recipes and blueprints off. I do not know if I changed something on the settings that could possibly affect this but I am sure that a block recipe such as advanced hulls or power blocks should not be affected. I have encountered the error myself and attempted to upload the error report but after 2 hours it failed to complete. I am at a loss for a fix and have not found anything that helps me identify what the problem is.

Well, recipes are sort of going the way of the dodo. I don't know why you'd use em anyways.

Information on the new crafting system. Just remember that the recipes in the shop can't be used.
