Player-submitted NPC assets for the universe update

I think that after the weapons update is released and where we want it, we should try to start a wave of community submissions for NPC ships and stations. This could be fun.
Of course, we;d need to define standards for each NPC faction so the assets will typically look like they belong, and some general categories and classes to request submissions for.

I'd love to make another npc fleet. I was never happy with how mine turned out. Looking back it's obvious to see what all the flaws are...

I'd totally like an opportunity to resubmit my Elex fleet, which was rejected for now fairly obvious reasons. After slabs were added, I revamped the ships to a much higher standard, but alas, it was too late.
