player name in server chat log

I would like to suggest that the server log shows who said what in the chat not just what was said. So far as far as I know the log only shows when and what was said. Also seems to be printing chat messages to stderr not stdout which I am assuming is because this is intended to be removed but I feel it would be handy to have for a few reasons.



Examples of uses are.
use the chat log to monitor people and ban them for raciest or sexiest comments
have a website with the chat displayed in real time on the site
