Pirate Station Faction Block!

I cannot for the life of me find the faction block in the brown pirate station that looks like a citadel. My brother and I have flown around for hours inside and out and we cannot find it, even went into build mode to make it easier and travel through blocks. Does ANYONE know where it is and possibly have a picture? I read something that said it was next to a computer terminal adjacent to "the storage area" but the only area that i see with terminals does not have a faction block. Help its driving us crazy!

Its in the citadels tower section. (middle part)

Use a nuke to take out the top tower.
