One more step from remove filter: Replace filter

I have an old titan with only shield capacitor, and I need to replace part of them with recharger.

With the current remove filter, the best I can do is to set the selected area big enough in server config, remove all capacitor, place recharger on the same spot, and clean off the excess recharger blocks that are outside the ship one by one.
But with the new Replace filter, I can simply select all capacitor and replace them with recharger.

And this function can do all sorts of things. Replace weapon systems, power systems, hull colors, anything you can think of.

I'm no programmer but I think this should not be a lot of work. Please add this in the next build Schema this is my birthday wish this year.

The current implementation of this is a bit like GIMP.
It is very difficult to revert a replacement without undo.

I would like a filter for hull of a specific color <-> hull of another color (just replace IDs if available via inventory?) and ANY
