odd port forwarding issure

so i am having an odd issue with my port forwarding, i have done it correct, but for some reason me and my friends can not connect when we use the public ip, and another weird thing, not sure if this is normal on most computers, my ip changes from time to time so i have to keep changing the port forward

i forgot to add this, it seems that everytime i try to connect it get stuck at the connecting to \"ip address\" page

It is normal, that the online ip changes all 24h.

About the port forwarding, I have the same problems sometimes, and it\'s ip-related(in my case).

I was able to fix it by using a dynamic DNS.
